This mural was painted as part of the 2021 “UpTown Mural Festival" in Kelowna, BC. It features Lacey Jane's grandfather and the simple quietness of the domestic elderly- a lifestyle often overlooked in western society. After finally getting to visit him after the pandemic year, Lacey asked if she could follow him around and observe him with his daily routine and his personal objects to experience his day through his lens.
